The objective of this dril is to practice receiving a high ball with your back to goal. The player in the middle will request a high ball from each player on the outside, control the ball and turn quickly to get a shot away. The shooter must remain in the area. Progression 1 Add in one defender who is outside the square and then allowed to press the attacker as the ball is played in. The attacker must then control, turn and make space for the shot Progression 2 Add in another attacker (2 on 1) who must link up for a shot. Allow only one defender If at any time the ball goes out of the square, the chance has gone.
