The coach (T) calls out a colour (red, yellow, blue). Player A then passes the ball to player B, who checks the ball and dribbles according to the colour the coach called. Player A runs around the furthest cone to make space for himself to receive the center. Yellow: B guides the ball to the end line, goes around the three cones and passes the ball back to player A (45), who shoots on goal. Red: B dribbles the ball in slalom between the cones. After the last cone, he passes the ball sideways to player A, who shoots on target. Blue: B guides the ball a few feet inwards and passes the ball deep into the path of player A, who shoots on target. Players C and D do the same on the other side of the pitch, at the same time. Second fase: The player who scores first can try to prevent the player on the other side to score. If he can get the ball, he can score in the little goals on the other side (orange cones).
Players B and D: listen carefully to hear the colour the coach calls out, in order to do the right exercise. Player A and C: time the moment when you go for the ball passed back by B and D, to be at the right spot to receive the ball and to score the ball quickly. Player B and D: pass the ball the foot furthest away to allow players A and D to check the ball properly before scoring.
