A1 starts with ball, He must then find a pass to the holding stiker (A2) who must find space to recieve ball. Once A2 recieves he lays the ball off to A3, who then quickly spreads the ball to the winger (W,LorR). The winger must start wide, carrying the ball to the corner with pace, before putting a QUALITY cross in to find either A1,A2 or A3. The defenders must try win the ball from the 1st pass by A1
Attackers must work on movement and losing the defenders. Attackers should do the drill at high pace with effective passing and crossing. Defenders must work on communication, marking (either zonal or man) and cover. Switch the sides after every play, you can have 2 wingers on each side to speed up play,( pref, rb, rm, lb, lm )
