Blues set up 3-2-1-1 but can use highest yellow as wide player. Reds set up 2-2-1-1 but have use of both yellows on each side, 2 wide players and 2 full backs. Yellow players must remain in channels. Ball starts with red team GK and play towards goal. Ball must go into at least one channel in attacking half. Blues can go and press in channel if they wish. If blues win ball, the counter attack and can use the highest yellow wide players.
