
Mark out pitch. Even numbers, bibs vs non bibs. Bibs defend 1 black cone while non bibs defend other black cone. The object is to get around the oppositions cone in UNDER 10 SECS. If you dont make it in under 10 secs, the ball is transferred to the opposition. Its all in, hops, solos etc.
Stop the game after 2 minutes and ask them why they are not scoring. The ball will move faster if they don't hop and solo. First to ten is the winner.
