Two parallel rows of coloured gates. ATT's line up at one end facing goal. Coach calls out a direction and a colour (e.g. "left, white") and corresponding winger and ATT proceed down the pitch. When they reach the coloured goal the FWD passes to the winger through the goal and then sprints up to goal. When the winger reaches the end of his corridor he passes/crosses the ball for the FWD to finish. Variation - shouting "switch" means the winger has to cross to the other winger. Variation - shouting a second colour means the winger returns the ball through a gate in 1-2 fashion.
