Coach passes ball into Yellow players who attack blues goal. After 30 seconds or when the ball goes dead another ball is played into yellows who attack greens goal and so on. Yellows attack each goal twice and then teams roate one goal round, yellows take blues place and reds become attackers. Most goals wins.
Each coach looks after a team. Run for a couple of rounds then discuss a plan. What have you done that worked well? What have other teams done that has worked well? Progress discussion to include pressing. 1 player closes quickly and 2 follow to squeeze space. How can attackers score goals? Play fast? Use space? Clever play, skills, 1-2's etc. Killer Pass? Clever runs?
