This game should be played 7 v 7 with 3 neutral players. That being said since we are in a gym I`m going to play 5 v 5 with 3 possibly 2 neutral players. The team in possession of the ball gets to use the neutral players to keep possession. To score they need to complete 10 passes without the ball going out of bounds. The team defending the possession is trying to win the ball back and then quickly transition into offense and score in one of the four goals. Once the transition team scores the teams switch roles. If the ball goes out of bounds the roles stay the same and the ball goes back to the team trying to keep possession.
