Plyometrics Using plyometrics (explosive jumping, bounding, leaping) to develop lower-body power In groups of 2-4 at each station; perform the exercise, sprint to the pole and walk back to the start and repeat. 2 minutes at each station then move to the next 5 different stations; 1 plyometric exercise at each station2-legged broad jumps for distance Bounding One-leg hops over hurdles 1-legged broad jumps for distance 2-legged jumps over hurdles
