Le sponde possono partecipare in appoggio o sostegno solo in fase di costruzione. Obiettivo realizzare la rete attraverso lo sfruttamento della superiorità numerica, mentre per chi difende è la transizione offensiva. In fase di transizione difensiva, uno dei 4 attaccanti deve ripiegare alla massima intensità in aiuto dellâunico difensore rimasto nella metà campo opposta.
