2 groups of players 12-18 players. Two groups of players lined up at the side of the goal with a target player ahead of them. The coach will feed a ball into the pitch and call a number between two & four. ⢠If the coach calls two, two players from each group enter the pitch and race to the ball. The team that get the ball must pass to their end player who then joins the game to create an overload situation. The team in possession aim to score a goal, the defending team aim to stop them. ⢠If the defending team win the ball and can pass it to their end player they would become the attacking team with their end player joining and the attacking teams end player dropping out. ⢠Once the play is complete, the end players rotate out and the coach resets the game to start again. Offside is always in play.
