Players are split into two teams. There are two goals for each team to score in, one at each end of the playing area. Normal game rules apply, no offside. Players must dribble through one of the opposing team's gates to score a goal. The other team then regains possession from the goal they conceded in. 20 minutes for this activity. Then proceed into a normal game with two teams, emphasis on dribbling. Progression will be to give bonus goals for a good dribble (eg. dribbling past two players then scoring). 10 minutes for this final game activity.
- Emphasis on dribbling, small touches to get the ball into the relatively small goals. - Head up to look for the right pass to a team-mate in good position - Low body stance to keep balance whilst on the ball.
