Two teams of 4 and 2 floaters. The floaters are always with the team who have the ball (always attacking), this always creates 6v4. Measure out an area roughly 25x35yds with 2 goals at either end for the teams to attack. When the teams are in possesion of the ball they are trying to create an opportunity to shoot at the earliest occasion. If the coach thinks they are taking too long they can stop the game and change possession to the other team. This is supposed to be a quick fire game with the aim of getting as many shots as possible. Don't worry too much about accuracy as long as they are making space and taking the shot. Games should last around 3mins. Change the floaters regularly.
1. Control the ball out of feet 2. Keep head up and recognise a shooting opportunity 3. Communicate 4. Make the pitch as big as possible
