3v3 on half a pitch. The Attackers (Blue Players) have to attack the Defenders (Red Players) and try to beat them and score. The ball must touch every player before scoring and once the attackers score or the defenders win the ball, the Attackers become Defenders, Defenders become Resters (Black Players) and Resters become Attackers. Resters form a small triangle and do sharp first time passes to each other until they become the Attackers.
Attack with your head up and at pace. Try to combine with your players or attack a 1v1. Donât turn your back to the player and high intensity.
