Create a 40 x 40 square, with a circle roughly the size of a normal centre circle in the middle. Put two small goals at each end and a halfway line. Two teams of 6 (adjust numbers to suit) one feeder, two defenders and three attackers. Attackers start in circle and can not come out until opposition defender has received pass from feeder. Defenders must try and play the ball to their own attacking team in the other half. Attacking team must utilise the overload situation and score a goal. If ball is dead, play starts from feeder again.
