DESCRIPTION

Before this drill players do 5mins of movement prep with mini bands. 4x2mins, 2 in one direction then 2 in the other direction. Inside square must be 5x5m and distance to outside cone at least 10m, this is important for part 2. Players perform passes, directional receiving as well as dribbling, as per diagram. In between 2min sets players do 30sec of dynamic stretching.

COACHING POINTS

Coach changes the ladder as well as the hurdle exercises every set, dribbling between cones can also be changed, ie: right only, left only, etc. Pay attention to quality and execution
