Create an area 40 metres x 13 metres with middles sections as big or small as you want (difficulty adjustment) Use 3 teams / 1 team in each zone Possession team have to complete 4 passes before attempting to transfer the ball to the team on the other side. The middle team (defending) sends 2 players to try and win the ball back while the other 2 can intercept any transfer but can't leave middle box. When a team loses possession they become the defending team. First to transfer 5 times wins or each team has 5/10 lives.
Defending players decide which 2 are pressing and which 2 are intercepting passing lanes. Middle players (interceptors) try to press or drop off, depending on whether there is pressure on the ball or not. Pressing 2 players - try to keep pressure on the ball to prevent transfer or drop to make transfer difficult Communication Decision making Awareness
