
Set Up Create a Lane down the center of the Pitch to the left or to the right of the goal mouth using 6 cones Put 2 v2 in the center. Your runners starting from the same end on either cone. Instructions One runner passes the ball infield to the nearest attacking number 10. Between the two runners and the two central attacking number 10s, the aim is to get the ball to the goal in one move without the defending midfielders being able to break down the move. Rules Central (attacking players) can only play 2 touch max. Out side players can not pass to each other until they getpast the second cone. If the defending players win the ball back the runners are now on their side. Attacking two must attempt to win the ball back within 10 seconds (6 upon progression).If defending players retain possession for 10 seconds they win a point. Progression Central players only 1 touch Attacking players must win the ball back within 6 seconds.
