DESCRIPTION

O GR inicia o movimento com treino de coordenação nas escadas, assim que chega a baliza (cones) realiza: Bloqueio num lado, encaixe no outro Encaixe de um lado e estiramento rasteiro do outro. Estiramento rasteiro de um lado e estiramento a meia altura. Realizando movimento contrario com objetivo de tocar nos cones e realizar as mesmas execuções do lado oposto.
