
1. The kids will weave through the orange cones as fast as they can. 2. The kids will crawl through the hurdles. If we dont have enough hurdles we will create a parent tunnel (kids crawl through parents legs). 3. There will be several balls in a square and the kids will have to do a certain skill on the ball e.g. toe taps, tic tocs etc 4. They will jump from hoop to hoop. 5. They will perform a pass to coach and recieve the ball back.
- When weaving, make sure they are getting low and are explosive out of the turn. - Make sure they are performing the skill correctly and as quick as they can. - When jumping make sure feet are together. - When passing, make sure they plant their foot, use the inside of the foot and follow through.
