DESCRIPTION

Have players sprint to orange cones. At each orange cone represents a station for plyometrics (Ex: squad, push-up, burpee). Every orange cone should be followed by a full sprint to next orange conec. Make sure their form is proper at all times. Finish up with a full sprint in zig zag around white cones. Allow rest before next set.
