Split team into 4-5 groups. Red players run 30 m and back -> 20 m and back -> 10 m and back Blue players do push ups until Red players fininsh runing Yellow players do core exercises Players move forward one line : Blue - Red - Yellow

COACHING POINTS

Work 4 minutes. 2 minutes pause Totally 3 rounds. Every round change exercise for Blue and Yellow players
