DESCRIPTION

Player will travel around the cones, shuffling either backwards, forwards, sideways or other on the dotted lines. Sprint on the solid lines. Can make this an agility workout.

COACHING POINTS

To introduce the ball and make it more soccer-related, change the shuffle to some demonstration of skills e.g. roll-overs, step-overs, toe touches, inside/outside, etc.
