DESCRIPTION

Drill Notes: Organsation Set up a 15x15 square with ladders/hurdles arranged as per diagram Method 1 player from each team must go through ladder and run to the opposite team - crossover Involves much movement variability – speed, acceleration, feints, dodging Progression Progress to add a ball in middle square – must dribble ball across and do a “take” with opposite player Key points Saq – technique is important – vary movements through – single foot, double foot, lateral movements Work on explosion and accleration into space Eyes up to see space, awareness Quality on ball – close control in tight areas
