Red (attacker) player must run through either Gate A or B before being tagged by Blue (defender). At the end, defender steps out while Red defends against next Red in line. Add soccer balls to make it a dribbling activity. Optional: Blue may stay as a permanent defender for all Red players (one at a time though). As soon as attacker either gets tagged or runs through a gate succesfully, then the next one in line may go. Being proactive will be crucial.
