COACHING POINTS

player starts in middle with ball does 10 bells, runs to cones on right for sideways steps over back to ball for 10 more bells sprint to front cone, 20 more bells go to cones on left, sideways stepover back to ball, 20 bells sprint backwards to back cone, then to ball 10 more bells Next level, moving bells to front and back cones outside/inside, switch feet
