
Yellow player (defender) passes ball in and runs around other cone to defend. Blue player attacker can't score until they have dribbled over half way. Defender can score if they win the ball. Once finished both players start at the other end where the same drill has been set up in the opposite direction.
Attacker should try and use speed first to beat their player. Can defender close down quickly and show attacker one way.
