Players start off on opposite sides of a small-sided pitch, one team starts off the attack with a 1 vs 1 situation. As soon as there is a shot or the ball exits the field of play, the attacker has to transition to become the defender against an oncoming player from the other team. Can play with a desired points target for each team, or timed with a winning and losing team. Progress into a 2 vs 2 transitional game, or into 2 vs 1 overload situations where players have to quickly reach the goal with an additional player.
