Player starts at Cone A Runs backward to Cone B Around COne B and runs into centre of square (at point C) Coach hits 1, 3 or 5 sharp catches (tennis balls preferable) at player who has to try and catch all. Once finished catching runs backward to Cone D Then player sprints forward to cone E and finishes. Once all fielders have gone through reverse the drill and go back the other way.
