
Warm up - The red players have to throw the ball under arm to try and land it in the red box. The blue team have to try and stop the ball from landing by catching it. If the Red land it in their box 1 point. If the blues catch it, 2 points for them with the chance to return the "Cannon Ball" back to the blue box. If the ball lands outside of the boxes or in the middle between the two boxes, then 1 point is awarded to the other team. If someone drops a catch on a team 2 points are awarded to the opposing team. First to 50 wins.
