Over arm throw.- Ball starts behind your ear with your elbow pointing away from you.- Bring your elbow around to the side of your head.- As your elbow is coming around bring the ball past your ear and extend your arm.- When your arm is extended release the ball aiming at your partner.- Teach how to use your non throwing arm for aiming and also the height and weight of the throw.
