Set-up: 8 cones in two lines of 4, 2-3m apart, each line about 8-10m from the other, 4 players in two teams (right & left team), coach/helper, tennis racquet, tennis balls Drill: One pair starts on the front pair of cones, the second pair at the cones behind. Coach/helper uses tennis racquet to hit one catch to each fielder. The team scores 1 point for each completed catch. Once the front pair have each had an opportunity, the player drops back to the cone behind and their teammate steps to the front cone. Once all teamsd have completed the first round, they start again but from the next cone in line. Rounds repeat until all teams have completed a round at the furtherest set of cones. If using four teams on two fields, a playoff can decide the best team.
