Setup three mannequins as static defenders and a small coned area in the centre of the pitch
The bottom blue attacker should feed a ball in to the striker who has to come off his marker. The striker should lay the ball back to the bottom attacker who follows his pass OR play a pass to the winger.
Once the winger has the ball they should drive to the penalty area and cross the ball before the other defender tackles them.
The striker and the other attacker should be in the box to finish.
Start with only 1 defender, then add another one.
