Set Plays.
Split GKs into teams of approx. 4 depending on numbers. Try and spread out and mix the ages - not usual groups.
3 stations - penalties, corners and free kicks. Groups compete against each other on each station, one group acting as the defending team and one the attacking team. Groups have 2 minutes to plan their attack/defence strategies and then 5 minutes to score/save as many goals as possible. Score points. Then swap group attacking/defending roles.
Ensure each goalkeeper is trying different things within the group (for example on the corners station it's important that each GK has a go at delivering the corners).
Finally, rotate stations. One or more stations may have no one on it depending on numbers.
