COACHING POINTS

Endurance and Shooting is a very important aspect of football. Endurance workout helps in building cardio-vascular and muscular endurance and its ideal for an individual to have these to last a full game. Shooting is important in football as it helps in scoring and shooting helps in doing so.

Ensure members land one leg into the hoop and the other outside while doing high knees and switch legs.

Ensure members lift their legs upto their waist level and keep back straight while doing high knees.

Ensure members keep their body lower and move on their toes while doing body shuffle.

Ensure members keep their back straight while doing body shuffle.

Ensure members moves on their toes and keep their body low while doing lateral movement.

Ensure members touch every marker while doing lateral movement.

Ensure members do a burpee before receiveing the ball.

Ensure members receive and turn with the ball and then shoot into the goal.

Ensure members use alternate legs to shoot.

Beginners/Members coming back from injuries should be given extra attention.
