DESCRIPTION

1. Why do we need acceleration in sport?

> Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity, or how quickly an athlete can increase the velocity of the motion. Maximum speed is the highest rate of speed an athlete can attain

2. Why do body shuffle important in sport?

> The Lateral Shuffle fires up the muscles in your calves, hamstrings, quads, hip flexors and glutes. It increases coordination and agility for those hard side-to-side movements. This move is used by tennis, soccer and basketball players but can benefit anyone!

3. Why do in and out quick feet important in sport?

> The main focus on quick feet is to improve the fast twitch muscles in your leg and also strengthen them. Being able to move your feet very quickly has a great impact on your performance as they can help you change direction, block, tackle, throw, sprint and even catch the ball effectively.

4. Why do backward body shuffle important in sport?

> A payer's body accelerates by interacting with the ground. ... In football, it means that the direction of the acceleration depends on the orientation of the GRF.So it isnot only how much force you can produce, it is also how you can orient it in the direction you want your body to accelerate
