Two players line up on opposite sides of a square.
The attacking player (in yellow) dribbles the ball towards the centre before attempting to stopo the ball between one of the goals.
The goal nearest to the defender's (in green) starting point is worth 3 points as it is the smallest goal to stop the ball in. The middle goal in worth 2 points and the top goal is worth 1 point.
The defender should not try and force a tackle, they should instead shadow and force the attacking to a goal that's worth less points (or even outside the grid).
Look for good movement, speed and defensive channeling from both sets of players.
