DESCRIPTION

cones 4-6 yards apart\

3 servers with 3 balls

  1. K starts on opposite side
  2. Quick feet around cone
  3. Server passes to opposite cone as K is getting around
  4. K tries to hold but focus is dealing with low ball save
  5. Get up quick and repeat to make save at next cone and keep going to deal with save from each server

30 second reps per keeper
