The practice starts with the keeper and it´s about creating a pattern and an attacking combination play. The keeper plays the ball to one of the fullbacks who first pass to the central midfielder before making a run down the flank. The central midfielder pass to the fullback making a run. The fullback then pass to the opposite winger who turn and pass the ball to the fullback on his side. The fullback make a pass back to the keeper. Everyone follow their last pass except the central midfielder (change the cm during short breaks). When the pattern is done the goalkeeper starts again.
