SETUP:
- Play 7-aside with normal rules
- Cone off two wide channels the length of the playing area
- Single condition: Team that wins possession can RECEIVE (not dribble) into the wide channels unchallenged
COACHING POINTS:
- Question; "When we win the ball how can we use our shape to move the defending team to give us space/time and create opportunities to play forward?"
- Look to quickly stretch the playing area to create space
- Ensure the defending team takes up realistic positions
