DESCRIPTION

  • As many touches as needed
  • No balls above head high
  • The ball starts from the goal keeper each time.
  • Keeper plays the ball to one of the back 4.
  • They have to progress the ball forward and score by playing a ball through 1 of the 3 gates on the half way line with a man to recive it inside the black cones.
  • The Green team have to try win the ball back and they they attack the goal as normal.
  • Each time the ball goes out at either end the ball starts again from the keeper and the teams change over.
  • Throw ins as normal and the game keeps going until it goes out at either end.
  • Any ball obove head high is a freekick.

Progression to 3 or even 2 touch football.
