DESCRIPTION

2 Teams Reds vs Blues

  • To start the game the Red player attacks goal opposite them and Blue player defends his goal.
  • If Blue player wins the ball he returns to the back of his teams line.
  • once the attacking ball is dead (scored or cleared by defender) the opposite team (Blue team) attacks their goal.
  • the Red play that was attacking now has to transition quickly to defending and has to protect his goal.
  • the transition continues fluidly each team after attacking recovering to defend their goal.
