-Divide the group into 2.
-Each player in the group should have a owned number Correspondingly. (No players in the same group should have the same number)
-The Coach will shout a number and a name goal.(ex: 1, Air) The number that had been called will play 1v1 and try to goal that shouted by the coach.
-If the player scores a goal. He will put a 5 cones in the line goal.
-Players should not hit the cones in the goals to score a goal.
- Play it until all the goals are full of cones.
