2 v 1 in bottom zone, 3 v 3 in middle and 1 v 1 up top. Play starts with coach feeding one of the two CBs in the bottom zone who look to try and get the ball into the midfield. Mids look to combine to get the ball into the striker and then one mid can join to create a 2 v 1.
Conditions are only 1 attacking mid per attacking grid and players must stay in their grids. If defenders (reds) win the ball they must play into one of the two targets to score.
Switch players positions every 2 minutes.
