DESCRIPTION

Split attackers into 2, red and blue.

Red attackers must run round the white cone, back up to the yellow cone and into the 6 yard area.

Blue attackers must run to the orange cone, round and back up to the blue cone and make a run into the 6 yard area.

Once both players are in the 6 yard area the coach must play a cross in for the attackers to attack.

 

This could possibly be done with attackers vs defenders.
