Red and blue teams split into four square zones they must pass the ball to each other in that square the amount of players in the square 3 players = 3 passes 2 players = 2 passes then they must pass into the next zone,
The yellow team will each have a zone to defend with one extra player who helps out that defender in each zone when the ball is passed out of your zone move back to middle until ball is passed back in
if the yellow player tackles or intercepts a pass the losing team must then swap with the defending team, if a red is tackled all the red become defenders the yellows split into the zones to become the attackers
quick accurate passing with plenty of movement will keep the drill flowing
get the players to nominate a player to organise the rest of the players into there zones one voice so not everyone is shouting at each other
Extra defender must press quickly between zones to help team-mates
