Players split to two teams of 6 and play 6v6 with one player from each team situated behind the defending goals. Place 3 gates on each endline.
PROGRESSION
Both teams have one player situated behind the gates not allowed tto enter the playing area.
For the teams to score they have to dribble the ball through one of the gates without a defender behind.
If a gate is blocked team must keep possesion and look for free gate. Players behind the gates must be involved in their teams build up. Team in possesion has to try and make the pitch as big as possible pushing players to both sides.
The attacking team should progress with patience. If the ball reaches the forward but the gate is blocked this is when his team needs to quickly switch play on the opposite side to find a free player and a free gate.
