The 'My Stuff' feature is amazing! It's a coach's best friend!

DESCRIPTION

IPP session involving 4-8 people.

Outfielders can also work on certain areas of attacking and defending.

COACHING POINTS

  1. Have one passive attacker about 3m off the keeper. Have a server lob the ball up in the air above the attackers head and have the keeper go and win the ball. After a few the attacker can become more agressive.
  2. Add in a second passive attacker. Move the server further out to get into either a flat thrown ball or a ball in from the ground from between the edge of the 18yrd box and the sideline, trying to hit the attackers, the keeper should be trying to securaly catch the ball however if needed a punch. Gradually build up the service pace. After a few good ones make the attackers more agressive until they are trying to score off of everyball. This can also work for outfielders that want to work on confidently heading the ball.
  3. Have the server either on the corner or a cross from out wide. Start off by having 3 passive attackers and a ball looking to make anywhere from the goal line to the penalty spot. After successfull attemps bring in some defenders (1-3). Keep everyone passive, then gradually build it up until it is fully realistic with the attackers scoring and the defenders looking to clear the ball. This can work for both attackers and players envolved in attacking corners as well as defenders working on crosses and being confident in the air.
