My objective is to create a conditioned practice that is focused on attacking from wide areas. This will be demonstrated by having a line of cones of each flank of the pitch, encouraging the individual to stay on the wing. The aim of this practice is to get the players to play a through ball into the wide areas for the winger to make effective movement off the ball to get into space where they can positively affect play.The winger should then look to deliver a cross into the box, where the attacker should be able to finish the chance.
