Split team into 2. Red Bibs and a blue bibs. Get a member of each team to pair up and take a cone each opposite each other. (Reds outside, Blues inside)
Start off by basic one-twos, passing it onto left foot, knocking it onto right, mixing the passes up making sure players are using both feet to pass and recieve.
After a few minutes, switch players round so blue are on outside and reds are on inside.
Progress on, so that the team on the outside, when the ball is played, they move to the next cone. Always continuous rotation.
More progession, switch teams over so current team on outside go on inside and inside are now on outside.
Get the team on the inside to rotate the opposite way.
